The final price is confirmed when your move is booked, and it may change based on factors such as access at the pickup and drop-off locations, the actual volume of items, the distance involved, and the conditions on the day of the move. We will do our best to keep you informed of anything that affects your price.

A move is scheduled once we confirm the date and details with you. We ask that you provide complete and accurate information so we can plan the right crew and equipment. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the agreed time, but timing can be affected by weather, traffic, access, and other circumstances outside our control.

Express Moving and Delivery is fully licensed and insured. We handle your belongings with care and take reasonable steps to prevent loss or damage. If an item is lost or damaged during a move, please notify us as soon as possible so we can review the situation. To support a claim, we may ask you for details such as a description of the item, its condition, and supporting information about what happened. We will review each claim in good faith and in accordance with the coverage that applies to your move.

Payment is due as agreed when your move is booked or completed, based on the confirmed price for your move. We will explain the accepted payment methods and the amount owing before your move so there are no surprises. If any part of the price changes because of the factors described in the section on quotes and estimates, we will let you know.
